Meet Our Staff

  • NealVannatta

    Lead Pastor

Neal was born and raised in Florida, so naturally he would cheer for the Florida Gators. After high school Neal attended the University of Central Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Social Science Education. Neal met his lovely wife Laura at UCF where they were married on July 31, 2004. Upon graduation Neal attended Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest North Carolina where he received his Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages. For the next 10 years Neal served as a Youth Pastor in Georgia and Florida. During that time period Neal and Laura were blessed with 4 boys: Joshua, Gideon, Caleb, and Micah. In 2017 Ridgecrest called Neal on staff to be our Lead Pastor.

  • Chris ramsey

    Worship Pastor

Chris was born and raised in Alabama, so you can’t fault him for being such a die-hard fan of the Crimson Tide. Shortly after his high school graduation, Chris' family moved to the St. Louis area where his father served as the Minister of Music at First Baptist St. Charles. It was during this time that Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts in Church Music from Missouri Baptist University. After serving one St. Louis congregation, God brought Chris to become part of the faith family at Ridgecrest where he has served since 1995. Chris has also completed his coursework for his Masters at Liberty University.

  • Dave Iannacone,

    Mission & Administration pastor

Known to some as “Papa Dave” because of his ability to cook up a mean lasagna, Dave was born and raised in Miami, FL where he also received a Bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas University. After working for McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis, now Boeing, Dave felt called to the ministry and moved to Kansas City to earn a Masters of Religious Education from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Since then Dave has served on staff at churches in Kansas City and St. Louis before coming to Ridgecrest in 1997. Dave and his wife Penny live in St. Charles, MO. They have two children and six grandchildren.

  • Dan Borth

    Student pastor

Dan celebrates these things in life ... believing in Jesus as a kid, marrying Mandi in 2006, having 3 kids (all girls - yikes!) in 2011 & 2014, completing another round of theological studies (M.Div. Covenant Seminary) in 2014, good relationships with friends & family, all things outdoors, and baseball.

Dan has been the Student Minister since 2011. This network of students who are making faith a priority is increasing, he says, because of a growing and passionate network of adults at our church who recognize, accept and love these students. Come and join us!

  • Kindra York

    Children's Minister

Kindra has filled her life with the care of children and their families. Before coming to the Ridgecrest staff as the Minister to Children in 2013, she served us as a volunteer leader in Children's Ministry since 2005, and has been a pediatric nurse since 2001. She graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis with her BSN in 2001, and completed her seminary journey through Bethel Seminary, earning her Masters degree in Children's and Family Ministry in 2012. She's passionate about children and families, and feels privileged to know, love, and teach each of them. On a personal note, she has a deep love for the people of West Africa, medical missions, and is a passionate advocate for adoption. Kindra lives in Lake St. Louis, MO, with her husband Brandon and their daughter Ruby, where you can find them on the lake with family and friends anytime the temperature is between 60 and 100 degrees!
